The people who work at Michael Hayes are extremely knowledgeable. I had some very specific questions about pieces from an estate I inherited, and Belinda knew what every Stone was. I have worked with Michael as well and found him to be honest I’m very reasonable with his pricing. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Michael created a custom re-mount for my wife's original engagement diamond. We showed him a few pictures of what we liked, and he took it from there. We absolutely love the ring! Michael, Belinda, and Gary are very talented as well as patient. Pricing is very reasonable. We came back with a few questions and needed one minor adjustment. No problem - they answered our questions and made the adjustment on the spot. We highly recommend Michael and his staff.

Trustworthy, reliable and fair. I’ve brought in three valuable pieces for repair or polish that I’ve always been reluctant to send to anyone but the designer. Each time they did an exquisite job and this last time they were kind enough to make the repair with no charge. They work quickly while still taking great pride in their craft.

I stopped at two other jewelers for quotes on resizing a ring before coming here. One wanted to charge twice as much. Another said they couldn't match the pattern on the band. This place sized it up perfectly, and was able to keep the unique vine and leaf design on the band.They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry, with stones that I love, such as labradorite and moonstone. Jade too.Very polite, funny too. I said my ring wasn't "fine" jewelry, it was casual jewelry. Person laughed and asked, "casually sized too?"

Terrible service. Very rude. Dishonest. Brought him bracelet for a small repair on pickup charged me twice more then he promised (I noticed it only after checked my receipt-didn't even tell me). Owner told me that I cant find a better price for such job. I got better estimate in a first shop. DON'T GO TO THAT PLACE, around a lot of honest, polite professional jewelry shops.
