The warehouse has zero communication with the store. It took us three different times to get our bed delivered. The first time the warehouse truck showed up with a used mattress that we didn't order. Second time they didn't show up at all and said we weren't on their schedule. Third time we finally got our bed. It was very frustrating and the people working at the warehouse have no idea what's going on.

Went to a Mattress firm on Sunday January 15th. Scheduled a mattress delivery for Today(January 21st) literally, 5-6 days in advance notice. Our mattress never made it on the truck. Warehouse is not responding to any emails or calls. Spending 2,000 dollars on a Mattress and they managed to lose our Mattress. First time experience with Mattress Firm and the delivery is past awful. Don’t spend thousands of dollars to get your Mattress delivered they will not show up and they will not give you any update.

I did some remodel work in this building and I interacted and coordinated with management and staff and I have to say that everyone is professional polite helpful and very grateful. What a nice environment to work in. Good job, Mattress Firm wherehouse Solon, Oh.

Hello everyone I pray all is well with you and yours. I had to go pick up a mattress from Mattress Firm Warehouse I want you guys to know the guys that work there were pretty darn awesome especially the gentleman named Zach his personality was awesome a true beautiful spirit he helped us as much as he could we ended up coming back because it wouldn't fit in my car and I was really excited to see him again why because he's very warm and helpful so yeah the place to go it's a great service

The Assistant Operations Manager Don Edwards is a scammer and thief. He stole $100 from me. I am in the market for a new mattress, and will never buy from a mattress firm due to the unethical criminals they employ.
