They removed self check out and then put that old cashier from that area at a register. Now they have two (2) open registers so that we can all move from her lane in frustration to the other lane when we realize how slow she is.
Now, she is helpful and doings great job, she just should have been put in a different paced position. Like a government job or something based on her pace.

They dont have deli, even though sign says so. They do have some lunch meat in there. Went out my way.

Yesterday on 9/6/25: I picked up more expired items than I've ever seen at any grocery store in my entire life. At minimum I picked up 15 items that were expired by at least one month, a few were even 2 months. Not to mention the open bag of Naan bread with mold, bags of baby carrots starting to turn white from dehydration, and grape tomatoes so old they look like sun-dried. I even picked up 2 canned items that were expired. Your staff is obviously lazy and inexperienced. Fix it before you make someone sick! I shop here quite often. That won't be happening again, Aldi is right next door.

Only shopped here for deli meats and awesome employees that worked the deli. They were always nice and helpful. But unfortunately the deli has been shut down. When inquired about the deli the rude employee told me it was shutdown because it didn’t pull in a profit. Marc’s you have lost at least 6 customers that I know of by removing the deli. I have no other reason to shop here.

I just got home from mark's and change my clothes and everything winding down and put my stuff in The refrigerator. Once I went through all my bags.I realized that i'm missing sunglasses. So
I called the mark store just to see if maybe the bag was left at the register. Now this is six o'clock on a sunday afternoon. The customer service girl explained to me that she can't go look for anything until I can give her the receipt number. I explained that the receipt is in the car. I'm just asking if she could check the register to see if there's a bag there. She explained that she can't do nothing without the receipt number. I'm baffled!

Great experience. Went in for cereal with my two young kids. Barb made them both feel super special in the while they demanded we use the self check out.

BE CAREFULE WHEN BUYING MEAT AT THIS PLACE!!! I shopped at this Marcs on 7/15. I needed some Italian sausage and they had their Lou's sausage marked at $5.49 per pound. When I got home and was putting stuff away I picked up the sausage and it didn't seem like the package weighed a pound. I placed it on my kitchen scale and it only weighed a little over 10 ounces. I reached out to the store but of course they never responded. If you shop here make sure you weigh the meat you purchase!!!

Horrible marcs... milk sat on the shelf past expiration date for over a week and I found roughly 8-10 sour cream containers expired by at least 6 months. Not accounting other expired ones by a month/week. Said something to management but didn't seem to change anything.

Store is dirty. The self check out was terrible- only 2 were working. Line so long because there were no check outs with people working except for one with a cashier crying and saying don't get in my line. Cheese dip spilled all over the floor. It sat there for over 20 minutes before someone cleaned it up.

Nope. Visit the Aldi in the same plaza, save yourself lots of money without having to deal with the rude manager and cashiers at this location.
