Nice technician but rude pharmacist. He was rude and disrespectful on the phone. I assume he was upset for working on a Saturday!! I am changing pharmacy.

This is my first time in this store. It was clean and very well stocked. It was not too busy, although it's just right before the holiday.

If you plan on shopping here, be site to check EVERY best by and expiration date on your food. I've accidentally bought month past expired food from here several times... I've NEVER had this happen at any other store.

Loved this place since I was little bit yesterday I went in looking for a special biscotti but couldn't find it anywhere. It was one of those things Marc's only carries and I wasn't sure if they were our or it had just been moved. 2 different people helped me find it, one names Jill walked around the entire store to help me find it. It was super nice and reminded me why I love this place! Especially all of their season fun stuff!

Family owned this is a large store that seems to have everything. There is a deli with lots of choices. A large produce section is in the back. A pharmacy is near the front with a drugstore area. There is also a nice size non-food area for things you may find and not have to go to a big box store.

Think the Solon location needs a lot of attention, layout and product specifically. Like the location now that I've moved out that way, but find that I have to continue to go back to the store I used to shop at because it has more product.

The prices are usually better than other stores, but not always. They clearly have a problem paying their staff a living wage because they can't seem attract anyone to work there. I honestly suspect they hang the "now hiring" signs up in order to make customers feel better about the lack of staff but that Marcs has no intention of hiring more people.

March 2022 by Theresa R.
On Friday, March 11, 2022, at approximately 4:30pm, I attempted to purchase 2 corn beef briskets from Marcs in Solon, Ohio. The sign on the case containing the corn beef briskets stated they were $3.99 lb. However, all of the corn beef briskets in the case were priced at $5.99 lb. I took the two that I was interested in purchasing to the front desk cashier to question if the sale price per pound would ring up correctly at POS. When they did not, the sales clerk called the manager on duty who read the sales advertisement which listed two prices. $3.99 lb for point cut and $5.99 lb for flat cut. The manager then looked at me. Yelled "So you don't know the difference in point cut and flat cut?" He yelled so loud, he turned red as he pouted his way towards the back of the store to check the price on the case of briskets. I was in shock and was I felt humiliated. Upon his return with the sign I referenced, he pointed out to me the very tiny fine print stating "point cut". I immediately told him that there were no briskets in the case priced at $3.99 lb. I also told him that he had no right to yell at me and that it was not my responsibility to know the difference between point cut and flat cut because I am not a butcher. As a customer, I came to shop and should not be humiliated for questioning a discrepancy. When I asked him if he was familiar with the difference between point cut and flat cut, he looked d*** founded and apologized for yelling at me. I should have been charged the price advertised on the case. The sign on the case should be removed and replaced with the one that matched the briskets in the case. I don't think I will be shopping at Marcs again. Giant Eagle's corn beef briskets were priced at $4.99 lb and their cabbage were $.33 lb as opposed to Marc's price of $.39 lb. The customer service at Giant Eagle is on a professional level and better food selection.

I don't even want to give one star to this store back in October they had empty display on floor and it was totally invisible to me and I fell over it and hurt my knees and nearly break my nose but lucky to have mask on saved myself and none of there staff willing to help or ask me if I need any help some customer approach for help and seen my one knee was bleeding and had swollen face and call the ambulance and I had big medical bill and most of it taken care by my health insurance but about little amount left and they deny to pay after 5-6 months!! You go to that store on your own risk if any accident happen they don't help but they want you spent your money in there store. I have 2 big scars on my knee and one on my nose since glasses broke and squeezed on my nose to fix all the scars will cost me 10 thousand dollars!! Would love to go Aldi just next door from Marcs in the same shopping center have all the fresh produce and lots deals!!

I love shopping at Marc’s but today I was disappointed that workers were wearing masks that don’t help. One at customer service had those scents that don’t protect others. And the woman stocking the dairy aisle had on just a plastic face shield also shown to provide protection neither to herself or others. A face shield needs to be accompanied by a face mask that covers both nose and mouth.
