Oh my god my first time to lovely nails was awesome and wine was great. The services great hospitality was wonderful and these girls and gals are off Ryans the best coolers whatever makes it is my favorite big mother she does a great job. Also Omai God if you have not been here yet, you are totally missing out come on and see get the best service possible.

THE LADY WAS SOOOO NASTY. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. My sisters, mother and I made an appointment for the 4 of us to get pedicures and when we stated what we were here for she instantly got an attitude and refused us.

I always go to Lovely Nails , when , I return to Cleveland . . They are so kind and their work is superb . My mail polish last a long time . Calming atmosphere /comfortable . Pedicure massages are awesome.

I had been going there for over a year. They never have anybody to do acrylic nails. Or they say they are busy and nobody is even in the nail shop. I went in today for a repair and was told they didn’t have staff to do it even though there were 3 nail techs there. So I asked about another day and was told they don’t have any appt. Didn’t even look in the book. Just said they don’t have anything. I will never go back there

They were able to squeeze me in during the busy holiday season. They were courteous and did great work. My technician suggested I try a different service and nail color. Took me out of my comfort zone. I love it. I will be going back.

Very exceptional mani / pedi. No mail polish odor. Massage chair a plus while getting a pedi. Prices are great. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Everyone is is great here. I so recommend them.

For some reason they would not allow me to have the nail tech that I wanted, so I didn't make a fuss and agreed to another lady. But her manicure and pedicure were not up to snuff, and I will never return to this salon because I don't want to have this manicurist again and I can't have who I want .She rushed through the manicure and pedicure and did a perfunctory job. I am going to have my nails redone somewhere else because she misjudged how long it would take them to dry. I rarely post yelp comments but today I thought it was appropriate.

Good quality of work. Always able to accommodate a walk-in client. Budget friendly. A little too strong smell of nail polish, but you will adjust to it quickly
