“Western Reserve Wines was recommended to me by family members who live in the area as I live out of town and wanted to send 6 bottles of champagne for a wedding gift to a couple in Shaker Heights. I was absolutely blown away by their customer service! Within minutes of placing an order on their website I was contact by Tracey who had read my note explaining that this was a wedding gift and asked if I would like for them to include a hand written card with the delivery. They didn't stop with the hand written note and went above and beyond by packing the bottles in special white carriers topped with silver bows. I can only imagine the kind of personal help they give to their in store customers if this is the kind of extra special care given to an out-of-state on-line customer. Looking forward to stopping in when we are in Solon for the wedding.”
