They don’t even know what their seevices prices for a basic oil change on a 6 to 8 cylinder Land Rover Discovery 6 cylinder that they quoted me a price over the phone of $240 and all the other Land Rover Dealerships in the area quoted me a price of 200-224?? Really??? Terrible . I would not recommend this service location at all !!!

I recently visited the Land Rover-Solon location for a service appointment and from start to finish I had a very positive experience. Everyone was very professional and I would definitely be returning to this location for all my service needs.

Terrible service, drove 1hr and half to look at a used Range Rover suv and the sales guy was 25 min late to a appointment we set up the morning of so I left and bought a used Range Rover suv at north coast Mitsubishi of Bedford. They need to have a better set up going if they want to keep customers

Absolutely TERRIBLE service department! Manager Scott is especially bad, should not be in customer service. We owned a business for many years, if this guy was representing my business he would have been fired immediately. We've only ever brought our car to this location for any repairs, but we were accused of bringing it elsewhere after they broke something! Went in for another reason with perfectly good working AC and came back with no AC! Really apparent that this guys is in it to rip people off and has no interest in good customer service. When asked where we could file a complaint, he said "you won't be the first to complain about this place and you certainly won"t be the last". Now that's really awful! DON'T go to this place unless you want to get robbed!!

I purchased a Landrover from a dealership that was not Land Rover of Solon it was a POS. For 2 years Land Rover of Solon maintained my vehicle and tried in every way to make it as painless as possible. When it came time to get rid of it due to its unreliability. The went above and beyond to help me walk away from a bad situation without being turned upside down and into a beautiful vehicle with a warranty and peace of mind. I have bought A LOT of vehicles this is the only dealer that I have ever show empathy and compassion.

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. From my salesman Rick McDonald to the front desk, finance and everyone in between. I called about a SUV that was listed and they stated it was pending but I left my name and # in case it didn’t go through. The next day I got a call that it was available so I went that night pretty late to see it. Although they were closing they did not rush us and they were so accommodating and nice. They worked with what I wanted as a payment and made it happen. The easiest car purchase I have ever had.

Purchased a Range River Sport from the Solon location. They have the worst customer service that I've experienced. The staff outside of sales is rude. Also I purchased a warranty for a key fab replacement and they don't want to honor it. Pretty much giving me the run around saying just pay an ahead and hopefully you will get reimbursed. For this to be a high end luxury vehicle company I'm very disappointed in the staff. I will drive to the Akron location to get serviced going forward.

I had never heard of this dealership before, but my son saw the car that I now own and sent it to me. The price listed was a mistake, but they honored the price listed and worked with us to get the deal done! My salesman was Greg Loeding. He was personable, caring and all around great and so was the management team. Real customer service is hard to find today, but it can be found at Land Rover Solon. Thank you, Greg, and the Land Rover Solon team...My next car will be bought from you!

Took my Range Rover in for a wheel alignment and spent $270 on it and it still pulls horribly to the right. No service advisor gave me an explanation they just charged me and I left. I didn’t receive paperwork on the alignment spec just a video of the tech saying he did the alignment and it still
pulls to the right for some reason. Techs and advisor seem to not be trained properly. I was told everything was going to be “inspected”.

Dealership has changed and the level of service has definitely declined. Turnover is very high, and no one knows your name or your vehicle. This was the attraction, along with my sales person was the reason that I made this my place to purchase- service my vehicles. I have purchased 4 Range Rover Sport, this is my last visit to this location. I am evaluating other dealerships. Any of the loyal customers of past years would agree with my assessment.

Stay away. You would be asked to go for a very expensive repair work right after warranty ends. Buy something else (anything else)
