Dealership has changed and the level of service has definitely declined. Turnover is very high, and no one knows your name or your vehicle. This was the attraction, along with my sales person was the reason that I made this my place to purchase- service my vehicles. I have purchased 4 Range Rover Sport, this is my last visit to this location. I am evaluating other dealerships. Any of the loyal customers of past years would agree with my assessment.

Stay away. You would be asked to go for a very expensive repair work right after warranty ends. Buy something else (anything else)

I have been at the dealership for 4 hours today to get an oil change. they like to tell me that the miles was in kilometers and then it wasn't due for an oil change at 44,000 miles. finally got my oil changed.Also they did an update on my vehicle for the all wheel drive and now they're telling me that it needs all new brake pads, tires and rotors at my expense not under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I believe the all-wheel-drive update is what caused my problem with my brakes.Since l've update, l've had continuously problems try to call the dealership got no answer on the phone called corporate got no results there made a complaint. I am very unhappy with the service here I feel like a peasant. I want Land rover to do right by me and have their companies answer the phone when service is due because you can only come in by appointment. My warranty is under a different vin # on a different car I don't even own! They did maintenance to my car and it is not in the computer under my vin #. In the computer they have me owning a red Land Rover. Don't own the color!! So many questions and no answer! I what answers! I need a lawyer. Please help!!

My F-Type had a check engine light, so I called Jaguar Solon and schedule an appointment.They problem was the O2 sensor, which they replaced.However' they damaged my docket panel when they put the car in the lift. I appreciate that they took responsibility for the damage, however, when I went to pick the car up two weeks later, the battery was completely dead. I had NO battery issues prior to taking it in.They replaced the battery and the negative terminal for $853.When I got the car home, I immediately started getting low battery warnings. Now, I've notified them that I want them to pick it up and "get it right" at their expense.I'll revise this review pending how they handle this extremely frustrating experience.

Very disappointed with there overall quality of service and new loaner policy. Have been a customer for the past 4 years, but recently brought my car in for repair and was told that the only fix to my irresponsibe steering wheel switch is to replace it completely. Few days later, it started working again randomly. I don’t like how their approach to everything is to just replace it as opposed to looking for fixes first. Also, they are only giving out loaner cars to customers who have purchased their vehicle at this dealership with less than 100k miles. This causes a huge inconvenience to other customers like myself, will sure be going to other dealership for future business!

This was our second service apt in the last year but this time with our used Range Rover HSE P525, instead of a junk F Pace. LOVE this car compared to the Jag. Both experiences were met with friendly, attentive representatives. James checked us in and advised the initial cost of our 16k mile check up was $775!! All said and done it was $890 for basically an oil change, filter, inspection. Hint hint ..You could have given me the batteries for the remotes NC, as goodwill?? Car was done on time and James communicated wonderfully. I understand having a premium car costs more than the average but wowza. All things considered I cannot give 5 stars due to the $$$ for what was completed.

My vehicle was serviced at Land Rover Solon twice for a reoccurring check engine light and noise while idling. Land Rover said a sensor required replacement. I paid to replace a sensor. Three weeks later the timing chain broke and as a result the motor broke. Land Rover agreed to repair my vehicle with new parts. I came into the dealership to make down payment on repair. The same day Land Rover Solon says "used parts" are available for my repair. I decline the "used parts" because they don't have history available. Now Land Rover Solon will not honor the "new parts" repair. Do not trust this dealership with your service or business! Poor customer service. Taylor Davis of Davis Automotive cannot be trusted!

This dealership has an issue with communication! They haven’t called me AT ALL ! Yet -seem to have a flurry of information they are providing to the business that caused the damage to my car ! Last year , my car was here for 7 days and constantly had to chase them for updates on the work being done . I also am getting a vibe of indifference and would like to remind them who the car owner is - men aren’t the only ones whom own Land Rovers and if you think totally ignoring me is acceptable- think again !

Rick at Land Rover Solon was incredible to work with. He was very responsive. This was by far the easiest, smoothest transaction I have experienced buying a car, not to mention I am from out of state. He truly was a delight. Rick is your guy!

They would not take a service appointment for my vehicle, stating that it’s their policy to not work on vehicles older than 10 years (which my vehicle just hit this year). Luckily, the other Cleveland dealership was more than willing to take my business, and I would highly recommend Land Rover Montrose instead, especially if you plan to own your vehicle past the 10-year mark.

Land Rover Solon Service does not respond. We gave called four days in a row and no human to talk with or to schedule service!! Never have I ever left a negative review but there is a first fir everything!!!!!

I love my RR Velar. I purchased it in 2020.It was a very pleasant experience thanks to my salesman Rick McDonald. Whenever I have a question he is always willing to help me out. I appreciate his continued customer service long after my purchase. He is the best! It’s hard to find honest, genuine people in any industry- so when you come across it you appreciate it more- Rick is truly a good guy.Also, I have taken my car in for scheduled service and a yearly detail cleaning. The service department has been friendly, quick and easy each time.I am happy that I ended up choosing Davis in Solon to buy my vehicle.
