Recently Visited the Solon Jaguar of Cleveland location for service on my wife’s Jag SUV. The service manager Scott was beyond welcoming as if ive known him for years. James the service Specialist who assisted us was tremendously knowledgeable. We had recalls we were not aware of taken care of. Throughout the entire process we were kept informed about the process of our vehicle. This location is very clean and friendly. I am going to keep servicing at this location until it’s time to upgrade from them. Thank you to the entire staff, Hats off to you ALL!!

Service here is great. James the Service Advisor always makes sure my concerns with my vehicle are addressed. Everyone here is so very courteous from the front door to the Service Center.

I truly loved this dealership. I recently switched from an Audi to a Jaguar and this was my first appointment at the dealership. Needless to say the service was impeccable. I have been to many luxury dealerships but this one was different. It's how they handled everything from paperwork, to service, to follow up; the courtesy and the care proved why they are Jaquar Solon.

Has coupons that are totally not worth it.Spent almost 2K on brake job and has 10% coupon only to be told by man at service desk that "Yeah they don't tell you it's only up to $100.00. Or not what you thought you could save..They are great cars.But at 2K for a brake job its way overpriced..

Jaguar Solon is always on point for me. Sometimes I don't like their answers because my car is too old for some things. They do help as much as they possibly can when needed.

Jaguar Solon's Service Department is HORRIBLE BEWARE!! The service manager Scott Straffen is rude and lacks compassion, there service team is also horrible with keeping clients in the loop of things and not very honest when it comes to business dealings they over charged me for labor according to my warranty department and so I had to pay more than my deductible to fix my car. I dealt with James McConnell for the most part he was just doing his job or should I say just enough, don't ask him or anyone there to go the extra mile it just won't happen. I had a situation where a part was no longer being manufactured by Jaguar Corp (not the customers fault) my warranty covered the part however the part was no longer available because the manufacture stopped producing it, instead of being upfront an honest from the beginning they had me to believe that the part itself was on back order and on it's way which was NOT the case I was in limbo for 4 weeks before i actually knew what was going on. I had to call another Jaguar dealership to even find out what the real situation was. I did not have a vehicle for 3 months, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle and suggested that i go back to the place i purchase the car from, whoever heard of such a thing, because I did not purchase my Jaguar from their dealership they said they could not provide me a loaner. I would not use this dealer if they were the last dealer in town. I would sale my car first.

This company should not be considered a luxury place of operation.I went there 2 weeks ago to get maintenance done and take care of a few issues....I would have given this a one star but service in take person was knowledgeable and was genuinely nice.So here are the flaws with this place. I was told I had one more oil change on my service plane but to find out it expired back in April of this year 2023. So that was money out of my pocket I didn't expect. Next, they didn't have the parts and had to come back to replace seatbelt and bug catcher.So, coming back a week later. They did the work, and the parts were all changed to my satisfaction. Here comes more horrific issues.... How do you use chemicals on my leather head rest and leave a stain mark???? My word against Thiers. Then a rub mark on my drive seat where I'm sure his knee was when the tech was removing the big assembly parts. I had particles of junk all over my seats. The worst part Ii s I had dirty feet marks on all of my side floorboards.How do you leave a vehicle in dirty shambles??? unacceptable from a luxury dealership, with inside of my vehicle, should be spotless. Took me a few days to just Took me a few days to just understand how violated I feel, and unbelievably let down by a place where my vehicle should look better than when I turned it in when they say they vacuum and clean out the vehicle.understand how violated I feel, and unbelievably let down by a place where my vehicle should look better than when I turned it in when they say they vacuum and clean out the vehicle.now I have a scuffed-up floorboards on all four sides. My driver side seat has a stain work on it any red mark this is just unbelievable. Please be careful when you take it to Solon a Jaguar service department. Unacceptable.

First off I'd like to speak to the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Ken Webb. Without going into details about the dilemma I faced deciding on a vehicle, I will say that as soon as I found the PERFECT vehicle for me (Mercedes Benz), Ken worked diligently to make the deal happen!! He kept in touch with me every step of the way and even came in on his off day to wrap everything up and see me drive off the lot, totally ecstatic. I was offered beverages and his calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety when I ran into an issue with insurance. When I left my garage opener in my trade in, Ken met me at a convenient location so that I could retrieve it. Ken has a customer FOR LIFE, simply for showing me excitement, gratitude and warmth during this process. Not to mention, it only took an hour to sign the paperwork and get my plates switched over. I appreciate the professional level of customer service I received from Jaguar Solon from Mr. Ken Webb~

I purchased a car 3 months ago and still did not receive the tag and registration. I am tired of waiting, sending follow up emails to Finance manager Tobias and Salesman Rick. I hope someone will help me without giving excuses/delays and solve my problem!

As a long-standing lover of the Jaguar brand, it's disheartening to be penning this review. Recently, I visited Jaguar Solon for a winter wheel swap. My hope was to have a seamless, pleasant experience, as one would expect from a dealership representing a brand as esteemed as Jaguar.Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. I was charged a whopping $200 for the service, which, although steep, I was willing to accept given the brand's reputation for quality and customer service.The real disappointment came when I requested my winter wheels and tires back a few months later. To my astonishment, the wheels were returned without any protective bags. One would think that a company of Jaguar's stature would have some regard for its customers' convenience and the condition of their vehicles. Instead, I was handed the dirty wheels and tires and expected to load them into my car myself.My once immaculate trunk was left in a disgraceful state, covered in dirt and grime from the wheels. This demonstrated a complete disregard for the customer's property and convenience. The cavalier attitude exhibited by the staff towards this issue was equally disturbing.I am disappointed and disheartened, to say the least. Such an experience is completely unacceptable, especially from a premium brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Jaguar Solon, you have significantly fallen short of the high standards expected of you.In my opinion, you need to drastically improve your approach to customer service. As it stands, I cannot recommend your services, and I urge potential customers to consider this review when making their decision. I sincerely hope that no other Jaguar enthusiast has to experience this.
