Jaguar Solon's Service Department is HORRIBLE BEWARE!! The service manager Scott Straffen is rude and lacks compassion, there service team is also horrible with keeping clients in the loop of things and not very honest when it comes to business dealings they over charged me for labor according to my warranty department and so I had to pay more than my deductible to fix my car. I dealt with James McConnell for the most part he was just doing his job or should I say just enough, don't ask him or anyone there to go the extra mile it just won't happen. I had a situation where a part was no longer being manufactured by Jaguar Corp (not the customers fault) my warranty covered the part however the part was no longer available because the manufacture stopped producing it, instead of being upfront an honest from the beginning they had me to believe that the part itself was on back order and on it's way which was NOT the case I was in limbo for 4 weeks before i actually knew what was going on. I had to call another Jaguar dealership to even find out what the real situation was. I did not have a vehicle for 3 months, and they refused to provide a loaner vehicle and suggested that i go back to the place i purchase the car from, whoever heard of such a thing, because I did not purchase my Jaguar from their dealership they said they could not provide me a loaner. I would not use this dealer if they were the last dealer in town. I would sale my car first.

Service department is terrible! They don't call back even after leaving voice mails for 2 days! They make all kinds of promises when purchasing a new vehicle but lack in customer service after you drive off the lot. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

*Disclaimer* I did not purchase a Jaguar Land Rover product but a preowned car (Acura TSX) that they had in inventory. This review is a reflection of the overall experience from the first point of contact. I'm also not sure why Yelp has two separate pages for the Jaguar and Land Rover stores as they are the same so this review will be posted on both pages. I live in Los Angeles and was looking for a very specific preowned car and found it at the Jaguar Land Rover store in Solon, Ohio. I put in a request and Weston Wilson reached out to me. He clearly understood that I was a car guy as I had him go through the car meticulously. He even took the time to FaceTime me so that I can "see" the vehicle. He was quick to respond to emails and text messages despite our time zone difference. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was on a plane to Ohio. Weston picked me up from the airport and took me to the dealer. The car was prepped and ready for me. Ryan in the finance office was very professional and had documents were ready for me to sign and I was done with the entire transaction in less than 20 minutes. Weston also sent me off with plenty of sodas and water for my 2300 miles drive back to Los Angeles. Thanks again Weston and Ryan!!

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Ken Webb. Delightful gentleman, made the experience pleasurable and offered wonderful customer service right down to delivering my car to me on the far west side. I highly recommend you ask for him when you visit their showroom.
