I was just racially profiled by an elderly white male teller. I came in to cash a check written to me by my mother. He refused to cash the check because she wasn't home to answer a call from him. I gave him my driver's license & social security card and everything is being recorded. There was no reason for him not to cash the check. He also ran the check through knowing that he had no plans on cashing it. Which will cause me to have get another check from my mother. This was not very customer friendly. It was actually very disrespectful and degrading.

Hunington’s app horribly bugged out during a mobile deposit and they lost $300 of my money “inexplicably”, and I’m a college student. My place of employment claimed the check was cashed at another financial institution. After being bounced between support and going to this branch, I explained this issue throughly and they gave me a refund check only to withdraw the funds the next day. I’ve been fighting this for almost a year at this point to no avail, so there goes my 300 bucks.

This place is ridiculous. I go to the aurora location almost every single day for our work deposit, I came here a few times when I have to go to our Solon store and it’s always a problem. I’ve given my id and my social and it’s been entered into the system multiple times and this is the only location that won’t let me make a deposit with out my id. When I’m CLEARLY in the system. And if it was company policy, then it should be followed at every location.

Unprofessional staff, another patron was asked to leave for sitting down in a chair while waiting in line (American disabilities act?) metal detectors, and staff would not accept military ID. This is why younger folks are switching to online banks.

I have had a business account with this bank for over 10 years, and been happy with previous bankers and mangers. They were nice, polite and hard working people. I could get help any time when I walked in even without appointment. However it seems different now due to the new banker and mangers there. recently I walked in to ask for come help with a small issue, but was told I need come back later with appointment. When I came back for my appointment, some gentleman told me my appointment was canceled because the banker and other managers were too busy to help at my scheduled time ( I did not get cancellation notice), and told me to come back next morning. when I asked him to confirm it because I do not see him pulling the schedule from the system. Then that gentleman said "you can come the day after tomorrow" . Then I asked him again to confirm that schedule, he finally looked at the schedule , and said " you need come some other morning, the following two mornings are booked". I called Huntington on line service later after I got home, the issued with solved and it only took five minutes. I was surprised again why the manger team not knowing what to do with the business account. It is very disappointing experience with the new manger team at this office .

I don't understand the bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience at this Huntington branch, nor the one in Macedonia. Friendly atmosphere, solid tellers, and Huntington itself is the best bank I have ever used.

In and out in 5 minutes for a simple cash withdrawal. Bank is well kept and staff are friendly.Have come here for a cashier's check as well. Also a pleasant experience.

Adam the branch manager is very helpful and atmosphere is very friendly and light considering what's happening today. People are scared and sometimes rude. Covid seems to have effected people's manners.

The worst experience I have ever encountered at a bank! they have horrible customer service and the bank manager and another teller Interrogated my BLACK husband on what he intended to use the withdrawal for, when he clearly put on his memo what the funds were intended for. I have never had that question asked before ever at any bank we go to this was just a very uncomfortable situation to be in especially with everything going on in our country!
