No overnight parking, long unload time. Expect to run out of 14 hour on duty time, then be asked to leave with no place to park nearby

Average unload time. Make sure to check in at the Carter Street entrance. It's the 1st driveway on the left after turning left off of Cochran. At night to me it looked like an employee entrance, which it is, but it is also the truck entrance. Don't let the locked gate at the end of the driveway fool you like it did me :) the guard said he had to lock and unlock it all night for trucks, always a challenge at night and 1st time for me at least

Telephone number doesn't even work.
Can't get in contact with anyone.
A huge business like this can't afford a landline.

Check in on south side of building. Pretty cramped docking if it's busy, but they seem to have switched to Subject to Count, so they'll get you empty pretty quick. Capstone. I think they'll let you park early / post unload for a while, at least. If you have other Cleveland stops don't go south on Cochran. Go back north to 422 or the street before it. Lots of truck restrictions that are actively monitored

They could not give me a specific answer on why my doors have been open for 3+ hours running at -10°. They are telling me that the truck is empty. For some reason I can't figure out how I can see if my truck is empty or loaded. If you think about it, Or believe the media melting the icebergs apparently with a new says my reefer engine is blazing at -10° with Come on man.
Do you have the ability to come out and knock on my door to ask me if I paid my lumper fee?
I found out that gentleman's name is Shepherd. I shook his hand, told him how I felt. He said they will not let him touch. The reefer engine makes sense though it's my equipment, but he should be allowed to tell me to shut my reefer engine off. I appreciate that, but The insanity. Yes, the reefer engine continues to run with the garage door shut when I get there. I was so asleep. I didn't know if they had unloaded my trailer. They count on you to see your greenlight. No Truckers are not getting the rest they need. I'm scratching my head .
Darius Rucker just teasing he smiled and laughed when I said that, like he did the whole conversation we were both scratching our head two separate entities. He works for the company, and Kapstone takes care of loading and unloading.
Kapstone pick it up man you guys are not communicating it's not my job today that's my favorite thing to say about what's going on here the icebergs are melting. What would Paul Harvey say about this operation who knows he probably have some funny story about icebergs Supposedly melting, while the reefer engine is Blazing at -10° get her done.

Very positive experience here. I checked in with guard... he ask me to go around and dock on the other side of the building. Just make sure when you're leaving the guard area that you swing wide to give yourself ample room to make the turn onto the exit drive.
I was unloaded and on my way in about 2 hours!
They use Capstone/lumpers here.

Work at this place a hole week
I can say the pay isn’t about nothing McDonald’s pays way better than they do

Got in and out pretty quick (compared to most of these other reviews) but then again I only had 6 pallets for them. Capstone lumpers so they do the online payment and receipts. Plenty of room to turn around and back in on the receiving side - trust me, newer drivers that may end up going here, there are far far worse places to try and back in a '53 with a sleeper. That exit lane to go back out to the street from the guard shack is another story though (RIP long nose hoods). Check in at guard shack in first driveway on left off after turning onto Carter, you will then be sent around back to the receiving side (which is where your GPS will try to take you at first)

5am appointment and on time. 3 hrs waiting on a door and another 2hrs before any movement. So 5hrs after appointment and 3 pallets taken off truck. Those who arrived with me long gone.
