Staff was great, very nice and helpful with product recommendations. Not very satisfied with my cut. Asked for a straight blunt cut and it is far from even. Looks like a layered cut. Should not expect much for

I was in the area and just needed a trim. Shorter on the sides. I was happy with the $9.99 price left a 50 percent tip.
But my woman stylist was not very good. She seemed to be more aggressive with the clippers it kinda hurt. And when she tried to blend the sides she really struggled. I asked to trim the front by tapering it not straight please. She cut it straight then blames me she said I asked her for that. I did also request that she shorten the length on top but was able to get out of the chair discreetly and told her that’s good. I didn’t want it to look any worse. I have to assume she is new and had not done very many haircuts or that more than likely she is in the wrong business having no talent. I will not stop in there again. I confident great clips has some good stylist I just got the bad one.

We went several times to get our haircut at this location unfortunately I just found out that the location closed down. I am so sorry to see it go. Now if we want a haircut we have to drive to the other closest location because ours closed down. Why did our great clips close. We live in Solon and used to go to the Solon location. Now the Solon location closed down and I am sad. I enjoyed this place and it will always have a special place in my heart.Service: Haircut

I had a old black lady cut my hair, she was terrible and was shaking the whole entire time. She left a BALD PATCH on my head, it is very noticeable. After all that then they almost forced a tip out of me after a terrible job, and when I didn’t give one they told me” next we won’t let you in” I’m was not planning to go back anyways. Please for you own concern go to another place. I only went there because I was desperate and that was the only shop open. WORST DECISION of my life.

It was terrible, the lady that cut my hair was shaking the whole entire time and they left a BALD PATCH on my head. It was very visible and did not look good. After the haircut they almost forced a tip out of me, which I didn't want to give because of the terrible cut. After paying and not giving a tip they said "if you come back next time we won't let you in" very rude. I would recommend and where else. Going there is my WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE.
