Fedex should find employees who are more respectful to their customers. We pay you for your service, and you should deserve it.
I definitely do not recommend this office.

This place is horrible did not help when struggling to being in a large box, then they refused to take the large box, claiming is was to go to a different type of fed ex. Would not help find this supposed different type of fed ex. They are supposedly in customer service, but not at all. Go elseware, use UPS, even the USPS is better.

I think that "training" is lacking. When I came in, the first guy didn't know how to produce what I wanted. Took him about 15 minutes before he called over another gentleman who attempted to help. After about "another15 minutes" they both said, lets call "I think his name is Mike", he came over and the first guy went on doing other things, the second gentleman, decided he was hungry, so he left and got him some food. While the gentleman who wound up helping me, had to complete what the other 2 started.
