I went to this store to buy some birthday ballon and other party stuffs. The cashier insisted that I could only buy 5 when I wanted like 10. It is ok if there is a limit but the attitude of that cashier was really rude. Will not come back again

Extremely rude staff. I was shopping for craft materials with my two kids, and the cashier, Edyie, processed our items with an incredibly rude attitude for no reason. After checkout, she even questioned where my 9-year-old daughter’s necklace came from, assuming she was stealing simply because she wore a necklace from a party. When I explained it was ours, she insisted we should have handed both my daughter’s and my own necklaces to the cashier upon entering the store. I understand people can have bad days at work, but treating customers, especially a child, like thieves is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

Rude staff that is unhelpful. Was told to go to the second register and the staff member just walked away without saying anything. I asked the other staff member who said they didn’t know what they were doing. Both of them were not very professional and we ended up leaving what we were going to buy.

Consider this a negative one star. Embarrassed to say I spent a year of my life working for this company altogether dealing with all of what I had to for zilch, simply because of the broken system and lack of respect of the blameless simpletons running it. It’s like the inability to accept responsibility and their unapologetic nature is a moto for them. Also embarrassed to say Dollar Tree/Family Dollar was once a store I thought of fondly in association with my childhood. How the store is run, the new Store Manager, the District Manager, the so-called “corporate office,” and how they “handle things” are/is an absolute joke.

I stopped by the dollar tree in Solon and this is one the biggest stores I've been too. They have a lot of decorative items that I haven't seen at other stores. Well stocked and they were still sticking the shelves while I was there. The associates were really helpful too.

Doors closed and locked at 8:50pm on a Thursday evening. Says they close at 9pm. Multiple staff members standing by the register.Just needed to run in and grab one item less than a few minute transaction.

I called store I ask which time open the store time 8 o’clock inside one guy he told me to time is 9 everybody misunderstand they need to go 9 o’clock. They working people no care

This Dollar tree is stocked up really good and also had $3 -$5 aisle that I've never seen in other dollar trees yet! Clean, organized, and stocked! I'm coming here more often now.

This is the CLEANEST most organized Dollar Tree ever! And it has been maintained that way since it opened! Everything is color coordinated in the party section. All the shelves are always stocked and not empty. There are never hoards of boxes in the isles. They give all other Dollar Trees a bad reputation. Kudo's to the manager as I've told him personally the hood job he's doing!
