I have to give this place 5/5 and LONG OVERDUE!I fly from LA to Ohio and always bring my jackets I want dry cleaned to them! Legit they’re that good!I had a minor issue and it was all of my fault with my leather jacket, and the owner was so empathetic and understanding. I felt guilty because of how well they treated me here!Highly recommend to anyone!

I continue to be highly impressed with the customer service and care of my items. Angela is one of my favorites and really treats me as a valued customer. Plus, everyone is so courteous and friendly. I anticipate many more years of service with D.O. Summers.

I'm now a customer for life at the Solon DO Summers store. There was a problem with my daughter's jacket during dry cleaning, and they contacted me immediately. They gave me several choices and I chose to let them repair it. They communicated with me 100% at every step to keep me informed of their progress. The repaired jacket was returned to us in perfect condition. I never realized until this incident how much pride they take in what they do. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and I can't honestly say enough good things about how this was handled. THANK YOU!

DO Summers in Solon is fantastic. I drive out of my way to purposely use them because the customer service is that amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them and they consistently do a great job with our dry cleaning.

I usually use a locker only location but when I need same day service, the staff at the Solon location are absolutely the nicest people! Always greet with a smile and positive attitude. I don’t even mind the drive from Northfield!
