I absolutely agree with the people who gave one star...
People who works at cvs pharmacy doesn't understand what pharmacy means and without medication anything could happen to anyone...it is really important that CVS National level look into all these locations to see how pharmacy staff works and how they gossips and how they respond patients..
I went to get my medicine before they close and as soon as they see me they said unfortunately they can not give me my prescription because it is time to close and told me I can go to Garfield heights cvs,but at that place even pharmacist wasn't able to pull my record...so thank God to clevland clinic nurse on call..she called cvs at Garfield height and send a new prescription to them and I got my medicine,
Actually I use Marcs pharmacy they are absolutely very friendly,
I knew already that this Solon cvs is worst place for prescribed medication,
So I would tell people never depend on them,
I just wonder why noone taking any action against these cvs pharmacy?
Do not waste your time with useless people,
I wonder they are really educated????

I wish we weren't required to utilize specific pharmacy chains. CVS overall has been terrible. You file a complaint, and there is literally no follow up or anyone to escalate higher too. This location has the most employees and yet they always seem to never know what's going on. They don't ask if you need help. Or seem to be very good with analyzing the situation and making the extra effort to resolve. We have to call pretty much a week in advance every month to have them order a script we need. Then we have to play phone tag between pharmacy and doctors office on if the script really was called in, or refill too soon etc. On top of all of this is the attitude we get even when we try and explain why we go in every month a week early. For anyone wondering this also affects us that work for CVS. We have no recourse other than the same contact methods you all have.

Workers started to stare immediately upon entrance, came in with another stores product with a friend (who is African American, which is important). A worker questioned us and asked if we needed help, to which we replied that we initially came in for a tote back as the other stores product bag broke. She replied that they do not carry such a bag however offered a cart. We graciously accept the cart as the bag became very heavy, I went to call us a ride as the worker stated they didn’t have the product we needed. During this phone call, the workers were staring my friend who happened to be African American down persistently. When the worker, RUDELY interrupted this phone call to explain that the reusable, stylish, tote bag (containing the other stores product) we were carrying needed to be put outside. We were going to leave anyway, so we were heading outside but first we had to grab a bag as that’s what we were here for. We grabbed a paper bag from the checkout counter and started to put the other stores product into the bag. After that, we had to return their cart. When we were returning the cart, the worker stopped us and accused us of stealing product as the alarm was blaring because we were near it. She started to SEARCH the paper bag with the other stores product I PURCHASED , to which she PULLED OUT a product, and then SCANNED IT, and said that it was their stores product. To defuse the situation, my friend who was African American explained that we had the receipt for the products. I showed the very mean worker the receipt, in which she continued to state that the CVS carried the product I had purchased from another store. During the end of the argument, the receipt did not suffice as proof of purchase therefore I believe this was an act of racism. So as I had better things to do with my time, I proceeded to leave with my products I had purchased from somewhere else and NOT THEIR STORES. I will NEVER go back to this CVS ever again or any other chain. GOODBYE!!!

Booked an appointment for a flu shot and CVS had the WHOLE day to cancel the appointment, but i had to walk in there for them to tell me they don’t have it in stock. That’s just ridiculous!!

The worst pharmacy! Rude pharmacy techs, life saving meds never ordered on time, I have to call them constantly to make sure they place the order for meds they don’t keep in stock and call back twice more to follow up. High turnover location, awful service

I appreciate the large selection of products CVS offers and the store associates are always very helpful. I also appreciate the kiosk’s for quick checkout too. Thanks CVS!

The drive through is almost never open but there is never a sign to tell you that so people sit, thinking it's busy, and then a line forms behind them waiting until someone figures it out. Good luck calling the pharmacy to check ahead of time to see if it's open either because it takes forever to answer the phone.

Pharmacist today is a prick. He’s playing God with other peoples lives. Treating law abiding citizens like he’s better than everyone. People that are way more successful than him. I’ve never been treated worse than he treated me today.People have lives, great jobs, and families that depend on them to be places when they are supposed to be there. Sometimes it’s ok to give a little.Worst human in the world. If he was part of my business I would have fired him a long time ago.

Prices are too high. They are higher than any other store in the area. Prices are lower on line which makes no sense since you can order on line for pick up which requires staff at the store. Only deals are with using coupons but even with coupons, prices are too high compared to other stores.
