I’ve worked for cvs Caremark for almost a year now and I still love my job. It’s a problem solving self disciplined type of work place. I love speaking with all my clients and hearing how my problem solving capabilities have removed a burden off their shoulders. I enjoy what I do!

I left the CVS in Stow Ohio for Walgreens. Little did I know that Caremark severely restricts anyone’s ability to use another pharmacy, since they own CVS. RX 1 Walgreens says you must use mail order for this but will not give me the RX to send in and Caremark could not send it to me by mail order. So another DR. trip. RX 2 written for 90 was given only 30 because of Caremark restrictions at any pharmacy other than theirs. What happens to the other 60? Walgreens said I have to forfeit them. Every RX I have is fill at CVS or pay without insurance. CVS could easily settle the matters that made me leave them in the first place just by showing customers the screen they are using to deny what I know I have a right to. Example a flu shot using my SuperMed Medical Mutual insurance that CVS has an agreement with, but denied! … UPDATE: Back to CVS Stow. A new pharmacist, a tall young man took time to tell me why he did not fill my RX the way it was written. So appreciated, any other pharmacist at either store would not have said a word.

Horrible customer service. Delayed delivery on medicine that is needed.CSR rep Kerri Ann would not take care of us on medication that’s very important for my wife on a Saturday. It’s currently 5 days past when my wife was supposed to take her meds and nothing.CVS Caremark is a horrible service that does not care.

If I could give this place a really negative comment I certainly would. I've been trying for a week to set things up for home mail delivery. The last time I called I was transferred to six different people and I still don't have everything straightened out. It seems like they could do better for seniors. They're very eager to get rid of you. I don't know what I'm going to do.
