5 stars. Chris was amazing, he went out of his way to do a thorough inspection of my car and then went above and beyond by looking into things that I asked which he was not required to do for the inspection but did anyways free of charge. The service was fast and incredibly polite. Would recommend to anyone needing a tune up.

Don't go here. Brought in my tire and promised me a tire by the next day, Never happened. Gave me the run around ignored my calls and didn't respect me.

Had an appointment for tires, the man at the front desk was nice but said they were running behind. Ultimately they got to my car after 45min which is pretty good. I've sat at other car places for two hours or more and they still haven't touched my car. They brought up some stuff that needs to be replaced later on but I appreciated that they weren't pushy.

I don't suggest anyone take their car to Conrads tires. I took my car yesterday to get an oil change when I dropped it off my car was fine when I got it back the check engine light was on and they are saying a knock sensor isn't working. They did something to my car cause nothing was wrong with my car when I took it there and dropped it off and now I have something wrong that the check engine light is on.

Ron is my favorite person there. He's so friendly, kind and just radiates positivity in my book. They do a great job. Does take roughly 1.5hrs for an oil change and rotation from what I've experienced.

Charged more than what they informed me during booking. And they updated my car warning system for almost 6000 miles earlier milage than what it should be supposed to.

3 hours to complete an oil change is simply unacceptable! Will find another store for next time I need an oil change.

Bought my battery there, having asked about the price. Was told $150, and said ok. THEN they charged $80.00 to install it. Even Walmart - the apex of greed - installs battery you buy there for free. Something is wrong at Conrads. Been a long term customer.
