Decent wash - I have a monthly membership. Staff is nice, line get extremely long and areas of my wheels and back windows don’t get cleaned well so I have to clean them when done - same as most other car washes.

Love that I can go at 7am in the morning! I only gave 4 stars because some residue is usually left on my vehicle after going through the wash. Everything else is great, though. I really like the free samples to try to see which product I like best. Always friendly and helpful staff guiding me. Great, friendly place for a quick car wash.

Reasonable pricing, does a great job, and today when it was super busy they were quick and nice enough to hand out dum dum pops to cars with kids!

I'm most car wash places, the mop could not clean the area around the license plate on my car. I was expecting the same here but I wear pleasantly surprised that it was clean. They had a great unlimited wash deal. Free vacuum too.

Exceptional service at the carwash! One employee always makes me and my girls laugh and hands out suckers. He is always so nice and welcoming. Best carwash due to quality as well.

Ok car wash like most. But like most, Your car is never fully clean the back never is touched by any brush just high pressure water. The shine on the parts that were touched was great. Although I had to go through twice to get the bugs and grime off from a long trip.. these car washes are way too expensive in my opinion and they only really survive because people are incredibly lazy..

I went to Clean Express Auto Wash at Solon for a car wash. After I got home, I found out that one big piece of my car's paint came off. I was so upset, so I called the store. They showed me the camera and we could see that my car's paint did not peel off before I got their service. It literally happened after couple months I got my car wash at their store. However, they denied that happened because of their bad service.After I wrote a complaint on their Google business review, they told me to email them to file a complaint but it has been over a month and I have not got any response yet.

Zero stars if I could give it. I went to this car wash on May 27, and purchased their mid-tier/“cleaner” car wash. When I got home that evening, I discovered the front of my car had massive scuff marks on the driver’s side. That evening I also submitted a claim on their website. I got an auto response that I would receive a response within the next 5 business days. It’s now been two weeks and no response.

I went for a car wash today. When I got home, I found out that one big piece of my car’s paint came off. I was so upset, so I called the store 3 times around 7:45 pm but nobody picked up the phone.

Have a monthly pass and my car has never looked better. Don’t mind cleaning the inside of the car. Great vacuums.
