I was very dissatisfied with my order process when I placed my order. The website kept giving me an error message saying that my payment had not gone through. It did this 2x, which caused me to place multiple orders in the same day. I didn’t get notification the first order went through until an hour later. I was sent the same shoe 3x to my address which caused my card to get charged 3x in one day. I to wait until I came home from vacation to resolve this matter. I had to ship the extra shoes the next day through UPS in which Champs stated they are charging me for the shipping fee of $6.99 which is not right at all. This was a website error in which I should not be charged a shipping fee for. Please fix your website.

Google says open til 7pm on Saturday. Store was closed at 5pm.

If you are looking for athletic apparel, this is a good place to start. They have a wide variety of shoes and sweats (Nike and Addidas), as well as hats and jackets. The return policy is nonexistent, so be very sure of your purchase.
