Car Rental in Solon, OH

“I rented from here twice in the last month, and both times were great. The employees are extremely nice, which is a breath of fresh air at a car rental agency. Today, the man behind the counter, Rahman (not sure if I spelled that right), went out of his way to help me out of a jam. I really appreciated it.”

“Came in on a Monday to pick up the car I rented. Tamika was behind the counter. She was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, she was the only counter rep there. The phones literally never stopped ringing. I'm glad I was the only customer there. Somehow, Tamika was able to continue answering phones and checked me out in a reasonable time.... She needs help Avis!! She was amazing. Now, the car. Usually, when renting a vehicle, it's beat. Doesn't matter what I rent. Sports car, SUV, sedan, they are always beat. Smell, wipers, etc. Always just seems like a rental.... Not this time. 2024 Mazda 7. It's nice. Smell, not bad. Even the wipers are duable..... Pleasantly surprised. First time with Avis as well. Very happy.”

“My experience with Avis/Budget in Solon was very positive. This is the third time renting here in the past two months and they have taken great care of me three times in a row. My cars have all been full of gas and very clean. I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
