BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! This has been the worst experience of purchasing a car! l've had my car going on 4 month and still have not received a license plate. I've two 45 day temporary tags and it expired again. In between the 1st and 2nd temporary I had to rent a car for 9 days, as of this morning o had to rent another because I have no tag still.After I traded in my it to over 40 days for them to pay the loan off!! Saying that, I had to make another payment on a car didn't own anymore.They will not return my emails, calls and texts!! Monday I have to hire an attorney to deal with these people!!Don't let this happen to you!

We bought our retirement car recently shawn was wonderful very pleasant transaction . very nice car made sure it was all clean and checked over even took care of the plates . my husband had hip surgery couple weeks after we made the purchase shawn checked to see how he was doing . the little things make a difference . finance guy elder was very nice took good care of financial part. very highly recommend

I discussed the purchase of a vehicle that I found on Car Gurus to purchase from this dealership. We agreed on a price. They later called back and increased the prices, twice. When I refused the manager Marty told me that he'd honor the negotiated price and send me over the purchase documents via email. I never received the info. I called back multiple times and later found out that they sold the vehicle to someone else. Total waste of time. Bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware!

Right now they're doing major work and seriously upgrading their facility. I have no doubt it's going to look great after they're finished. I can't say enough good things about the place. The people are great and I got a fair deal.

I can't pos a no star review, by default they get 1 star. I can't say anything good about my experience with this bmw dealership. I had repairs done to my 2001 bmw z3 about 1 month ago, they lost or broke a plastic door panel piece. I was charged $800 for work not performed, I was told my service coordinator who knew the the agreement for work to be performed is no longer available. I was charged again to diagnose the problem that we were waiting for a part. Then the charged me another 241+ to do??? So far I've spent $1100 for a sensor that may not have been faulty. Now I discover that the seat belt holder on the passenger side is missing They break things and don't own up to their mistakes Run from this dealership, I've had good experience at other bmw dealership over the past 20 yrs
