I am SO disappointed with Amy, the owner. We have been going to her for over 10 years. My 5lbs (toothless) dog has severe anxiety and reactive behavior, she is the only person who can touch him after a decade. I called her for our regular appointment and she let me know that she "can no longer groom him" and truly left me in the dust. I asked her why she didn't let me know about 4 weeks ago when I picked him up from his grooming and she replied, "oh sorry but ya no." This is just bad business and poor ethical ownership. I'm sad how little her loyal customers mean to her.

Great experience! She took my pup on short notice when his regular groomer was inflexible. My pup may have a new groomer!

Took my overly energetic chocolate lab puppy here for her first groom. When I adopted her she wasn’t in the best shape, believe she was chained up outdoors. She looks amazing, she’s not shedding everywhere any long which means she got a great brushing. Still smells good and the bath was last week! Will definitely be coming back once a month

I took my sheltie in last week for the 1st time. I was very nervous, as I am a very picky person. Well, I was so very pleased with the outcome. My sheltie looked beautiful and I am looking forward to our next visit.

Hank, my Ragdoll cat, had a terrible experience with the last groomer I took him to. The groomer wasn't even able to complete trimming his nails. Today I took Hank to Beauty in the Beast and not only was he treated with calm and professionalism but he never yowled or tried to scratch. It's amazing when someone knows what they are doing. I was in and out in five minutes and my cat wasn't traumatized. Highly recommend.

Don't listen to the bad reviews!!!! The lady that works here is the sweetest, I have a miniature dachshund who HATES getting her nails cut and she was able to keep her pretty calm (calm as she can get lol) When my dog got upset she would stop and pet her to tell her it's okay and I just love this groomer, first time here and it won't be my last! The 20 minute drive is totally worth it!

After moving, we had to find a new groomer and I am glad we went here. Honestly, I think this is the best cut my dog has ever received (and he's 9). But what I liked most was that they called me about 90 minutes after I dropped him off to come pick him up. I really appreciate that they didn't keep him for hours like some places because grooming really wears him out. Plus, the ladies were genuinely kind and animal-friendly.
