“I have been dealing with a constant leak since I bought my scatpack a couple of years ago. Had a new system installed by another mechanic and still had issues for a year.Found the muffler boss, what can I say other than he’s the BOSS! Fixed the leak, went above and beyond and did multiple smoke tests. These guys stand by their work and by far the best shop I’ve dealt with.”

I cannot be more grateful for this stellar auto repair shop right in my neighborhood! The battery died on my 2015 Range Rover and the guys at Larchmere could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Within hours I knew what was happening with my car, what the parts and labor would cost as well as making sure all dash “warnings” were taking care of. “One of my stripes was damaged while being “washed” by another shop. I immediately called Ross to see how he wanted to handle the situation. After advising me, I said I’ll see you in the spring to get a new stripe, to which Ross replied, “Stop in now, I’ll put a patch on to get you through the winter.” After watching the care, patience, & time spent perfecting a “patch” he knew was only going to be around a few months, I truly appreciate Ross’s dedication to his craft. “I stopped in today for the car wash side. When I told the attendant that today was my first visit they explained all my choices very clearly. Both the attendant who took the car and the person taking care of it and the end were very nice and professional. I was pleased with the job! There were a few bug specs remaining on the windshield, but it was pretty bug-filled when I drove in. I was able to use my own microfiber and make the car perfect in under 90 seconds, which is great for a $36 interior and exterior wash. I'll be going back regularly.”

“I used the donut yourself bay. And I did a wonderful job. Lol. The soap came out when I pushed that button, the rinse sprayed water like it’s supposed too. Even the coating stuff came out. Who gives a bad review to a coin operated car wash? We all know how’s these work. Put your quarters in one at a time and you’ll be okay. If you don’t do a good job, review yourself.”
“I initially met Jordan/ co -owner on a service call thru Progessive, I was having a problem with 1 of my 2 vehicles, the first one was beyond repair and he was very honest with me about that instead of offering services that would not only be expensive, but pointless. Then my daughter was having a problem with her vehicle and not only did they repair it at a vastly lower price than she was quoted at another shop, she was back on the road within a couple of days. THEN my 2 and main vehicle had a possible major problem and not only did they give a great diagnostic, they were able to repair something that could have potentially been really bad. I really appreciate both Jordan and Rico's professional approach and considering they are so young, I am COMPLETELY impressed and will be a customer for LIFE! You guys keep doing the dang thing and continue to be a positive role model forfor not only your son, but other black young men! Thank You!!!!”
