Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”

A wonderful change of pace, the clerk was so quick to help me out. He turned my day around just from that quick and kind interaction?”

153 E South St, Wooster“Staff has always been friendly, sympathetic, and genuinely does their best to help everyone as efficiently and effectively. I stop here multiple times a week for work, and often use the Self Serve Kiosk, though it does occasionally go down. When it does, they always do their best to get it working again as soon as possible.Wait times can be long when busy, but only if they are short staffed. The building is clean and well maintained, and shelves are typically well stocked.Overall this is a great post office. The employees truly care about making sure the experience is as smooth as possible for everyone. If I ever have a problem, I just ask at the counter and they always do their best to help!”
