“Before walking in to the store, my expectations were pretty standard: Someone would try to sell me a mattress and would likely treat me, albeit nicely, as a means to an end. Refreshingly, that could be not have been further from the case. Rob answered all my questions thoroughly and genuinely, treating me as a person first and customer second.While I am still determining if I can purchase the new bed I’m interested in, the way I was treated was enough to earn my business. In other words, I will be back.”

We ordered several custom pieces and they worked within our budget, timeline and were always just so professional and accommodating. One of our custom pieces had to be outsourced and didn't come in exactly right. Woodcraft didn't miss a beat. They picked it up, handled the corrections and redelivered, without any questions.
