Place is well kept and lively atmosphere. They have the BEST rotisserie chicken I’ve ever tasted in Cincinnati. If you come here I recommend taking a chicken. Also the restaurant has the best seasoned steak tacos. They have cow tongue tacos as well! The aisles are better organized compared to other Mexican groceries I’ve been to.

Great store to find authentic products. The meat counter has a good selection that you CANNOT find in a Kroger. I make a lot of authentic Mexican meals and this where I go to get my protein.

I am a local. I use to go to the store all the time. The store was never great at providing prices; however NOW nothing has prices except the meat & seafood counter. They literally tried to charge me $18 for 2 bags of half filled nachos.

Weird set up. Walked in to look for the restaurant. You walk through a market, which is fine, I've been to plenty like that. But hard to find the restaurant hidden in the back. People were just hanging out drinking and wasn't even sure where to order. I ended up walking out after 5 minutes of no one acknowledging

Instead of a dish with rice and bean sides like other restaurants they turn everything into one giant burrito. Too many ingredients, no spices and ultimately flavorless. Disappointed.

It wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I got a fish taco, a chicken taco, and a steak taco. Everything tasted fresh, but it was all incredibly bland and flavorless. The salsa seemed like plain tomato puree and the chips were thick. And they don't have queso dip, which is a high priority for me. I would be open to trying again, though!

We had so hoped that this newest addition to authentic Mexican food in our area was going to be good, but, alas, it was not. Although they have an interesting menu that includes pupusas (El Salvador) and huaraches, the food itself was less than nothing special. Fairly or not, I judge a Mexican restaurant by the refried beans and rice. In this case, the beans were grey and bland, and the rice was unexceptional. In fact, both arrived at our table cold, really cold, like refrigerator cold. It is important to note, that the prices are incredibly high. A single quesadilla without rice and beans was $14.00. Same for a huaracha. I also must agree with the other reviewers. We have been to taquerias all over Cincinnati and this was certainly the most uninviting for gringos. I do speak Spanish, but that made little difference. The service was terrible, the other clients were clearly miffed at our presence and, as others note, it took much longer than it should have to bring the food out, and then, it was cold.This might be a decent take-out place, where you bring the food home and warm it up, but, otherwise, it is not the joyous, welcoming experience of, say, Taqueria Mercado, or El Gran Valle Verde in Hamilton. But, that's ok, for the majority of the Spanish speaking people at Valle Verde III, it was clear that they were happy to be there among their friends and there should be places where their comfort is more important than mine.

I like that place especially the slot machines is a plus! Customers are so polite and there's a beautifully women in there, my love ❤ their place is always nice an clean, i go there on Thursdays, sometimes other than Thursday. Thank you Customers ?
