I went into CVS last night looking for something very specific. To my surprise, I was greeted by a store employee, he helped locate item and offered great help at self checkout, a great customer experience! I plan to move my prescriptions from Kroger to CVS!

Worst pharmacy in the city.
I want to reiterate this previous negative review. Truly the wost customer service in the city. We just took a short trip to pick up our monthly prescriptions and a pharmacist/associate from behind the counter informed my 7 year old to stop bouncing a ball. We were there for less than 5 minutes. Her passive aggressiveness was unwarranted. I wish this location wasn't the closest to our home.

One star is a lot, I went for some passport photos and the truth is I take them better, they are all taken wrongly from the side and they don't even ask you if they are good, they just print them and they are very expensive

The last two times I went to this location, the associate at the checkout was pushy about signing up for their rewards card. A customer saying "no" once should suffice. I shouldn't have to say it three or four times.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. My chemotherapy meds were shipped here and the pharmacist was dismissive and rude. So incredibly unkind and treated me like I was stupid. I’ll make sure my Rx is never shipped here again.

I love this CVS ! !!! You can always download the CVS app and clip and use your coupons here to help you shop and use any coupons and discounts if you have any :) . ! !!!! Every time I walk in there it always set up nice and clean and very easy to shop at ! Very good nice and friendly / welcoming staff and cashiers ! !! Just in case you don’t have your phone on you they now have a coupon kiosk inside where you can also print your digital coupons and use them at the store ! :) yes , they have an atm here .

I've been coming to this CVS for a decade. They've experienced shortages and I've been patient with them. No reason for anyone to be upset. Pharmacys everywhere are understaffed and struggling. After today however, I won't be back. My experience with the incredibly rude and condescending Pharmacist was shocking. She just kept going with it. Absolutely baffling. The CVS app is trash. Their systems are always down. Sometimes they have your info saved sometimes they don't depending on who's working and competent. There was no excuse for how badly I was treated today. No thank you, "Hun."

CVS is the worst pharmacy ever. They take days to fill prescriptions and all of these insurance carriers want us to use them exclusively which isn’t fair due to the lack of staff and customer service.

When I call it is impossible to speak to a pharmacist. I cannot solve the problem on the app I need to speak to a person so I’m switching to Walgreens
