Pharmacy has conflicting information between staff. Even the pharmacist themselves is very rude and unprofessional. Store definitely needs review

I went into CVS last night looking for something very specific. To my surprise, I was greeted by a store employee, he helped locate item and offered great help at self checkout, a great customer experience! I plan to move my prescriptions from Kroger to CVS!

Very unprofessional in the pharmacy department. Very pass the buck, very not our job. Very low level service. But ‘tis the norm with CVS I guess.
