I walked into the store very irritated. I had been trying to get my phone to work for two days with online chat, but to no avail. Matt had my phone working in less than 5 minutes! He is one of the best customer service associates I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was professional, but so nice, so patient, very personable and knew exactly what he was doing. If I could give him ten stars I would. I hope Verizon knows what kind of an exemplary employee they have. Thank you Matt!!!!!

Kat was so incredible. She was quick and knowledgeable, and a great multitasker as she was the only one in there when we arrived. Even though she was busy, she was patient, kind, and talked to me about her twenty one pilots tattoo. It was the best experience i’ve had with verizon, Kat’s a keeper.

Brooke was awesome. She was able to help me get an issue with my bill taken care of and went above and beyond to do so. She was fantastic and also was able to get us a great deal on my business account for four new phones we desperately needed and quick and painless transitions thanks Brooke we will always be back for her!
