Balding overweight Mitchell was a total douche. He got smart with me after he asked me a rhetorical shipping question as if I work there for a living like he does. When I didn't give him the answer he was looking for, he became extremely condescending.

I absolutely love our local UPS Store! I use them for small batches of professional printing. The staff is so knowledgable and helpful. I have never been disappointed with anything I've had printed. Plus, they are so quick!

Extremely happy and beyond satisfied!Sold 2 lamps on ebay that were extremely fragile and sold for a huge chunk of change. Decided to use ups so they could package them and insure them and my customer was very happy with the packing job and speed. If even one and I mean one of those lamps got damaged I would have been in the hole over a grand not including shipping. The staff here did an outstanding job and I owe them a lunch or dinner. Thank you

Been awhile since this has happened took modem a and a wifi system from spectrum to send it back because went with a new carrier gave the gut the postage return and the devices didn't have a box so I was going to buy a box and he said they would take care of it he took the wires off and thru the device into a US postal container like it was nothing if he did that in front of me what is he doing with othe customers stuff there's always fed ex at Walgreens in sidney becareful of this place

I worked for a company for 44 years that pushed customer service above all. I have used this store a few times and always had great service. This time I had a new fellow. Needless to say I sure did not get that service this time. I believe he either needs some customer service training or find another job .

Wanting all my friends to know that if you need help in the UPS store in Sidney Ohio, just ask for Mitchell. He's helped me several times with making copies for my class reunion. You can tell him what you want and within minutes he's completed the task. Huge thanks to Mitchell!!
