Mike T. is great to deal with when I need my car serviced. I switched here in 2019 after a competitor charged me for a repair that was not done properly. Joey B., Mike T., and the technician took care of my car's problem and it was fixed for good.So since 2019, I drive over 40 min to have my car serviced here. The company does not try to pressure you into approving extra work that your car doesn't need. Mike explains things well. Quick Lane is an honest company and their technicians get the work done timely.I highly recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE!\nI have been a loyal customer of “Quick Lane” (a.k.a. Buckeye Ford) in Sidney for over 5 years, bringing all three of my vehicles here for maintenance, oil changes, and tire rotations. For the past 5 years I have been very pleased with their service and prices….until today.\nI took my car in for another routine oil change. When I opened the glove box to get my Oakley sunglasses, I noticed they were missing. I went in and informed the Service rep. She went in the back to talk with the techs. When she returned, she said they didn’t have any sunglasses and “I trust my boys”. I explained I had just worn the sunglasses this morning and put them back in the glovebox like I always do. Those sunglasses have been in that glovebox for over 8 years. She replied she could take down my name and number and she would call me back if they were found.\nI knew that was never going to happen. It was clear from her tone she didn’t care. I was an annoyance.\nSo I told her that after 5 years as a faithful customer she just lost my business, to which she replied, “Have a nice day!” in the most insincere way possible.\nIf you take your car to Buckeye Ford, remove your valuables or take photos of everything. Then check your car BEFORE you leave the lot.

Stopped by after work on Wednesday 9/15/21 after scheduling the day before for the works package. Mike Taylor was very professional, kind and helpful. He answered any questions I had politely and honestly. They got my 21 Ranger in the shop within 10 minutes of arrival. He said I could look around at the vehicles at the dealership or relax in the lounge with TV, I chose the latter. Overall wait time was 1 hour, which was very reasonable. The service guys there seem to be very knowledgeable on what they are doing. When it came time to pay everything that was done to my truck was broken down and explained clearly on the invoice provided by Mike. I was assured that everything checked out well for my first servicing. My truck takes 6.2 quarts of oil and he only charged me for 6. Now that is real integrity right there and something that will bring customers back. They even perform a complementary car wash at no charge. I was very pleased with the service at this location that I referred my girlfriend to get her Equinox serviced here with the works package a week later on 9/22/21. She ended up having to wait 2 hours (longer than expected) and they did not charge her a dime once the service was complete. I was so surprised when she told me! This place definitely has our business! They treat anyone that walks in like family. Mike Taylor and the guys there are honest, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I will fully recommend Quick Lane to anybody looking for an oil change or basic vehicle maintenance. The price is very fair and I couldn’t be more satisfied, thank you Quick Lane for exceeding customer satisfaction and continuing to do so!Services: Tires

Seems like there service to the people isn't what it use to be. They seems to forget without customers they won't have a pay check. It sad.

My mother was in from our of state, they got here in and out quickly for an oil change and tire rotation the day after Thanksgiving with no appointment. Something Germain doesn't have and I'm a GMC/Chevrolet person.

They lied to my girlfriend told her they changed parts on her car but never did even tho they billed her and her insurance she had to go to another auto shop to verify it before they ever would make it right

I have taken my vehicles to this place! i have even bought my last 2 vehicles there. they know me, they are kinda pricey BUT, they are good! you can sit in their waiting room area. pre-covid-19 u could have coffee, obviously more people in their waiting area! they have wifi and a tv there but, no magazines any more! So, come on down and enjoy this place!
