Not only did it feel like I was walking in and talking to my own family, but every item in the store was beautiful, well placed and well taken care of. My fiancé and I have been to several local furniture, stores, and each time we felt we were being up sold on pieces that we kept saying wouldn’t even fit in her home. We definitely did not feel like this was the experience at Francis Furniture.We purchased two couches right off the floor, and received them five days later.
