One of the worst receivers in Ohio. Super slow. 8 hours to unload. FCFS, but they don’t care if you’re first or fifth in line, they pull trucks to the dock randomly. Very disorganized and not possible to communicate with anyone at the receiving office.

This company does not cares about drivers time. I got here and slept on the street beside the gate , at 6:48 a.m. went to check in . They said soon somebody will come and say door assigned for me. Guys, till 3:30 p.m. I was asking them when they going to unload me. ( soon). Finally, I got a dock and know is 17:24 or 5 :24 p.m. and still waiting to got paperwork. Never be back here again!!!! Keep away from this place!!!!

Don’t come here, they sabotage you leave your door open for 2 hours without taking any pallets out. Then reject ur load saying overheating. I came at 6pm temp was 33f got dock at 7:00 start unloading at 9:30 reject 7 pallets as temp was 41-44f.

Today sunday april 23 2023 i have an appointment for delivery at 9am they take me in at 8am and out 8:35am fast place for me thanks

This place deserves no stars, they dont care about you appointment they will just said park on the street we get you unloaded when we can, my appointment was 8am i check in at 7am now is 2pm im still waiting. Make you self a favor and dont go here??????
