They have me a 2024 Tahoe to drive while my 2024 Blazer was in the shop. It was in there 2 weeks, Mike kept me updated the whole time. I picked up a clean, fixed car.

I called in the morning and explained my issues with my truck and they got me in at 11am. My problem was corrected and I was on my way in no time. Excellent service.

First of all I want to commend Mike, he did a great job.
What you need to do is improve your internet system. Because of your poor internet system it took twice as long for the service man to complete his job. My appointment was at 10:30 am they weren't able to complete the task until 12:30 pm., because of the poor internet system.
Again Mike did a fantastic job and should receive an A+ on his report card.

While my truck was sitting on the dealership lot for 6 weeks waiting on parts it was stolen and not noticed by the dealership until I came to get paperwork out of the truck.

The service I received was top quality. They knew I was in a time crunch, and they did their best to work with the time I had available. The issues with my vehicle were resolved, and in a timely manner so I could make it to my other appointment on time.

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation check. All went just fine. I could wait on site while my car was being serviced. Everything went great, nice and polite, explained everything. Will come back for next oil change :). thank you.

I strongly advise against purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I was interested in a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at a competitive price of $6,250. Initially, the sales representative, Melissa, was friendly, and after a test drive, I decided I wanted the car. However, I noticed a check engine light, and I was assured it was just a minor sensor issue.
We negotiated a price of $6,000, and I was waiting for my insurance payout while securing an approved auto loan from my bank. During this time, I received repeated calls from Melissa pressuring me to buy the car or it would go to auction. Eventually, I went to the dealership, only to find that Melissa insisted I sign a paper for no real reason, she told me she had to walk to go get a few things together and when she had come back, she had financing through another bank and had run my credit multiple times, despite I made it extremely clear that I had my own financing. This made me feel completely upset as I just started to build my credit and this would ruin it!
As a 19-year-old first-time buyer, I felt overwhelmed and taken advantage of. Thankfully, my dad intervened. We then worked with Tom, who was kind but unfortunately associated with a questionable company. Despite my reservations, I purchased the vehicle, reassured that the check engine light issue was minor. (They cleared the light off before I could get it read myself or else I would have never purchased the car in the first place!! That is a very sneaky thing to do for an actual car dealership, they knew what they were doing!)
However, after driving it home, the light returned, and I discovered serious transmission problems at AutoZone. Fortunately, the dealership agreed to take the car back the next day. They promised to keep me updated, but I never heard from them again. To my dismay, I saw they relisted the vehicle for $1,000 less than I had paid.
In summary, I highly recommend avoiding this dealership, especially for used vehicles.
