CVS in Sidney is by far the worst Pharmacy in town. Most of the workers are extremely rude when they talk to you in person and over the phone. They are the slowest in town and literally told me after twenty years if I didn’t like my service to go to Walgreens. So I did. And I have been happy ever since! Thumbs down CVS you are the worst in Sidney!

So first off , I have the time today to leave a review which I never do ! OLIVIA from the pharmacy , you probably should be educated on laws if you're going to work in the healthcare field lmao called for someone else and had the nerve to catch an attitude while not knowing the legality of working in the pharmacy ! Stupid a** !

Everyone is ungodly rude here. ER called in a prescription for my daughter around 8 (they close at 9) I called at 815 to make sure It was ready before heading that way. It wasn’t at 830 they called to let me know it needed verified and they wouldn’t even attempted to do that until morning. I asked them to call the ER since thats who called it in and she said (K hanging up now) needless to say it never got done. Called back this morning and Tina had an attitude from the start.

Worst customer service ever!!! The speaker at the drive-up drop off does not work well and the 20-25 minute quoted prep time took 1hr 30mins including getting the cost corrected. I was asked to get back in the drive-up line twice after the initial pick-up and was quoted another 20-25 minutes wait. The text that some of the order was ready came through, but the bill was not correct, so I had to go back to the end of a 5 car waiting line! The first cashier was friendly and

The first cashier was friendly and apologetic and tried to get me the best price discount and correct bill, but the second cashier had the personality of a doornail!!! and yelled back at me after she closed the window and I drove off and unsatisfied customer!!! I was in pain from sitting so long and even had to stop for my service animal to have a bathroom break as we were in the car for almost 2 hours. The drive-up clients can't even follow the parking lot traffic arrows or striping and blocked traffic and the driveway making some people have to drive around the building to get around the drive-up pharmacy congestion. Thank GOD no emergency vehicle needed to come through!!! The lighting on the pharmacy overhead was not turned on and neither was the pharmacy marquee even when I finally left after 7:30 p.m. Poor customer service and a dangerous situation and unruly crowd in the drive-up line. The store needs a better system to line-up cars to keep the traffic lanes open and rude clients from butting in line!!!
