Very helpful in person, but they have not been answering calls the past week that I've attempted. Had to go in and speak in person for any answers to questions I have. A bit annoying.

I actually just joined earlier this year. I would rated this higher except they didn't give me the $200 sign on bonus cause the govt. office took longer to get it direct deposited. I honestly feel they should give us that sign on bonus especially when the govt gets delayed on things like this.
