Went in there last night to get a new phone and Mike did a fantastic job. He was very professional. Got me a new phone and helped me get my contacts and photos transfered to the new phone. Before I left he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Mike for your dedication and professionalism.

Went in today to get some in store black friday specials and they where almost twice the advertised prices. They really didn't seem to have any deals unless you are switching. been a boost customer for over 15 years solid and its getting hard to settle for their scam like promotions.

Used to be great in my location, Midwest ohio, since the switch to boost one with dish network it's literal trash. 5G full bars and no internet connection, texts aren't being recieved or sent, calls aren't reaching me, can't access my voicemail, trying to call support and every time I've reached someone there's so much background noise I can't even hear the representative. Its a giant 'F U' when I've been a loyal customer for years. As soon as I can afford new phones, because all the phones I have for my family plan won't port to Verizon, Visible, or Mint, I'll be leaving them in the dirt. I know it doesn't matter to them but for the love of christ... if you're in the Miami Valley in Ohio.... steer clear of getting service with this farce of a cell service provider.

Called the sidney ohio store to ask a question and was treated very rude!!! I'm tired of the employee's in that store with their bad attitudes!!! I'm going there after work and if I get treated with rudeness and disrespect I will be calling corporate and changing phone companies!!! There is no reason for that and it needs to stop!!!

Customer service was horrible. The district manager Mike was rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. Seem to have little knowledge of services. Charge way more in store for the same services you can get on line. All their promotions have expensive catches to them.

What a rip off! Advertise a free SIM card to upgrade your phone from 3G, but charge you a $25 "processing fee"? I smell SCAM. And Troy the "manager" has no sense of customer service!In response.... no. I understand that. However, it still reeks of SCAM and I will be joining other clients of yours in asking for an investigation into your business practices. Anyone want to join please contact me.
