Had an appointment at 3pm...showed up, no one was there...door was locked. No note on the door...No phone call...so unproffesional....

My father had his teeth pulled for dentures. As he left the appointment he was told a prescription had been sent to his pharmacy. 45 min later at the pharmacy and no prescription. Now 3 hours later and still no prescription has been sent. This also happened to him the first time he went there when he had an abscess but that time the prescription had been sent after one phone call. Not sure who is responsible but I've never had a prescription take so incredible long to get sent to a pharmacy. Each phone call was responded with the doctor will send it as soon as he can. This does not take hours!!! I was finally able to get the prescription sent after numerous phone calls and over 3 hours later. I have never heard of a doctor waiting to send a prescription in the age of electronic signatures.

Two fillings fell out within 24 hours, told they would call when oral guard was complete in a couple weeks (been two months not ready), told I would receive credit for a filling that was not necessary (2 months no credit), poorly made crown that had to be significantly ground down to fit and it is still sensitive. The care credit card they opened with no interest for two years actually had a very high interest rate With no zero percent period. Took a 40 point hit on my credit when the card was opened because care credit added the interest on the balance before the first statement was due. That caused the card to be over limit. They have very limited hours probably due to everyone in a small town knowing about them. Definately a WISE managed office. If you want to represent me legally call Michael at 937-565-1938. This place won't last long in our town. Small towns do not tolerate this.

First time bringing my son. With his first visit they said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the first visit. I assumed this was because they had to do x-rays, a cleaning and then consultation with the Dr. There was no cleaning so we have to go back for that. Out of the 2 hrs I was there. We sat and waited for an hour and a half. Such a waste of time.

Went great for a first visit. Courteous and friendly staff and they seem to genuinely care.

They were very kind and explained things to me in detail. I did have to wait a lot longer then I was told, but once they got to me they were fast and efficient.

Our first visit today was awesome. The staff were very friendly. I didn't catch the dentist name but, He was very personable and explained everything in a way that we could understand. I'm hoping that he's a full time dentist there because we would love for him to be our family dentist. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This is the best place I’ve been for dental work! They were helpful and knowledgeable and even funny! They went above and beyond to get me the treatment I needed and I left with a better understanding of my dental care plan than I ever knew possible. I want to add them to my Christmas card list lol

I had an emergency situation. My filling on my front tooth fell out last night so I scheduled an appointment with aspen. The assistants were lovely and very helpful. The dentist that fixed my teeth was filling in as per what the assistant told me. He was very quick with fixing my teeth when he got to me I had been there for 4 hours waiting and getting X-rays done. Although I am happy to have a full tooth again the work he did was rough and quick, my filling is over top of a separate tooth and I’m sure I won’t be able to floss. Luckily I have an appointment in about 2 months with a separate dentist. All in all I would say I had a bad experience and the only thing that I’m happy about is he color matched my filling to my tooth.

Took my son to the Sidney office for wisdom tooth that was hurting. Received a plan of care and was told they would call when they got in touch of my insurance to get a final tally on cost and make appt for wisdom tooth extraction and other plan of care. It has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing back. I even called and left a message and still no response. We experienced thos very thing in the Troy office. What is going on with Aspen Dental?? Very disappointing!
