Ashley Himes and her team have been absolutely fantastic. 0 complaints from her team at all. My only complaint is with State Farm itself when I needed emergency road side assistance, the interactive voice command hung up on me 7 different times. Ashley and her team have been absolutely fantastic!

The Ashley Himes Agency in Sidney is a classic example of the kind of hassle-free, friendly, local service that has kept me a customer for so many years. My most recent visit was nothing short of that. The moment I stepped into the historical downtown office I was greeted with a very kind, courteous staff. They offered a variety of refreshments on a couple of different occasions, by different employees while I waited for the short period of time that I did. I had the pleasure of working with Ginger, who was able to adjust my policy to meet my needs, and even save some money. She was such a wonderful person to work with, and genuinely determined to provide a great solution to fit my budget. I highly recommend.

Over the last few years, I have had a great relationship with Ashley Himes group! Starting with a great rate for my teenage daughters first car, to now over a year of paying a great rate for mine! Recently I noticed that my account wasn’t being charged and I called and they were able to clear everything up and update my information - no extra charge for the missed payment! Definitely the insurance I would recommend to anyone!

This office was super helpful. Called to get a quote. Had it back to me within a day or two! Way cheaper and way more coverage than my old insurance. Sara was so kind and sweet to take the time outta her day to explain everything we have on our insurance. Overall super impressed with how things were! 100% recommend this office!!

This insurance company when above and beyond to make sure there customer was happy and got approved what was needed after a storm. I have almost 60 projects I am working on. And this company is the only one that has followed up and made sure everything went well. I would recommend them for sure.
