I bought tires for my Ford they put them on and moved them to the front after mounting them on the rear rims. Walmart would not do this at all, just moved here from Florida so I am trying to get acquainted with the area.

We accidentally delivered an expensive auto part to A1 Tire and Auto as well as the items they ordered. We asked Jeff to return the item at our expense with a prepaid label. He refused. I took my car in to get my tires balanced and aligned but aaked them to let me know if that was what was causing the issue. When I got my car back it was pulling to the right and not aligned and I was told they wouldn't align it more because it needed tie rods and they were too rusted. I think it would have been more beneficial to me if they had just said that before charging me for work that didn't solve the problem, or offer to sd the tie rods as well and give me an estimate. All in all it left me with a bad feeling and low trust.

Called made the appt they fixed my tire was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice price was very reasonable I called and ask if they had the right equipment and person. To work with aluminum rims they said yes and they were right. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

They were very accommodating on letting me tow my truck there and letting it sit until they could get to it. Within a few days I was contacted with a diagnosis and options to repair. They definitely earned my business in the future. The price for the work done was very fair. I actually left my truck there to get more work done! highly recommend!
