Unlucky when your car breaks down on the way to work... But VERY LUCKY when it just happens to break down straight across from Shreve Auto Repair !! ?Even though it was 8:30am, half an hour before they would have opened - the gentleman offered to help me and graciously pulled my car into their lot for a quick diagnostic. This guy started out to be great for me. But, after awhile his service just really went downhill. Example; one time I called him 8 times, and left 3 messages about my vehicle. Then, I finally got a call back several days later. I tried to be patient with him cause he definitely knows vehicles, but I’m out of patience. Also one time he said it would take 3 days to fix my vehicle, 2 weeks later it was done and every time I dropped in to see the progress (because half the time he doesn’t answer his phone) he wasn’t even working on my vehicle. Also another time I went to check on one of my vehicles and no one was there, and my keys were in my car. He also did the same thing to my brother in law. Yes, one more thing. I needed a power steering leak fixed and he “fixed it” but on my way to PA it leaked so much I went through 2 bottles of power steering fluid. Shall I go on?!

Took my car in for new tires, brakes,and oil change. Matt found other issues, presented them and had a quote ready. He is someone you can trust to actually take time and pay attention to your vehicle instead of just chaining parts. The price was very reasonable!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Had a flat tire last week and they came down to my place to work and took a look at it. Brought a portable inflator to get enough air in the tire so I could drive to their shop. Then, on the spot, dropped what they were doing to take the tire off and look at what's causing the flat. Luckily they were able to plug the leak and save a ton of time, hassle, and money. Took my car back to them today because I needed new front brakes and rotors. Got it done quickly and efficiently.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!Service: Brakes

A busy local auto repair place that works by appointment due to it's small parking area. A parts dept. is in the same building. This is a community hang out, in a good way. I had been searching for wheel bolts for my RV for a few days at the chain parts places without luck. Walked in here and in a few minutes my wheel bolts were in hand. This is the old way where they actually carried inventory.Friendly helpful service. I am thankful for this place.

Did general oil change which was due. I needed an appointment and got right in. Matt also found that the left front tire was in need of replacement. He had one in his shop and gave me a really good deal. Before he replaced the tire he showed me what was wrong with the left front tire. I was lucky I didn't get a flat!!!

Couldn't possibly find better People, Work or Prices. I don't live in shreve I happened to be there when my car needed fixed and they got my car fixed immediately when no other garage was able to get my car running again quickly. Even tho I don't live close to Shreve Mobile this is the only place I'll ever take anyone of my vehicle's to or recommend. Thank You to everyone at Shreve Mobile.
