I would give anything to have Mast Pharmacy back, which is what it was before CVS took it over. I literally never had to wait more than 10 min to get a prescription filled.

Prescription sent for my son from urgent care and they called to say they didnt have the medication to fill it so they asked where we wanted it sent I told them where and 20+ hours later they still have not sent it. Called again and was told the pharmacy I want it at has to call to get it... Tell people that in the 1st place instead of making a child suffer in pain! Do better!

They are on top of everything we need. If something goes wrong they always have the answer to get things moving. Great personalities and they all work very well together. 9 times out of 10 they know name and birthday without even asking.

Needed a prescription filled, called first to make sure they had it in stock. Drove down from Wooster and when I got there they said they didn't have it.

Staff was not at all help but they did have a attitude and I told so Very disappointing but since it's the only one unless you want to go to Wooster or Millersburg you have to put up with that behavior from Cvs pharmacy in Shreve ohio.

Best CVS by far! Superb customer service. Friendly staff. Clean and always have what I need. Always willing to go beyond to help a customer. They take their time with you to make sure you have what you need.
