“Got to say thank you mostly to Mr. KINNEY on making the loan process somewhat pain free if it wasn't for computer issues it would of been. He took me straight in from the dealership and pre-approved me. I went in next day and they were having computer issues, referred me to a place to go grab lunch and when the paperwork finally got done called and left message I was good to go. Since it was a Fri and he had to leave early for a meeting he had me see Tiffany that finished the job and got me in and out quickly. Only thing is I wasn't asked about the extra fees and they were added into the loan which I didn't want to have to finance them and wanted to pay them out right. Would of had to of done paperwork all over and it took a while to get done in first place”
