The customer service is amazing.Robert goes out of his way for uMy dad is legally blind and Robert didn't stop until he had my dad's phone where he could use it .I definitely would send my family and friends to sheblys Verizon.

I purchased 2 phones here on recent trips. Even after waiting paitenetly while the rep went in the back to get help I still had to make several calls to verizon customer service to get the phone activated. On my next bill there were multiple activation charges on the same line due to the associates errors as well as some data plan changes that i do not remember making.. that took a few phone calls and a half hour of my time that verizon will not compensate. In review, if you're lonely and want to spend hours talking to verizon associates on the phone and in store trying to get your bill and plans from being jacked up, this is the place for you!

This is an edited review from two years ago. The service here is a testament to great management. Robert Tovo, the manager, is wonderful! Sierra was a huge help as well. Knowing that Tovo is there makes it easy to conduct any business we have with Verizon. To whomever owns this retailer, don't lose Tovo or Sierra. Whatever they're paid is not enough! Thanks again for the great reception (pun intended, the cell service AND the greeting in store) and service you guys! See you soon.

We upgraded 2 phones today and Robert took care of us. He did a fantastic job and explained things to us so very well! He took his time and made sure we left there with everything working!! Will recommend this store to others!! Thanks Robert!!!

Got a new phone. Put a great glass screen on it. Cracked! Thought it was the protective piece. Nope. $40. Not even a month old. Didn’t drop y phone or anything. Called - Mr Tyler. He was anything but helpful. Told me to google the information. So rude. Never will I go there again!

LOVE the Shelby Verizon store!! I am a frequent stopper with everything from upgrades to many questions on my phone. The new manager, Rob, and his team are always very helpful. I guess the best part is they will offer things quickly, and explain them just enough to peak your interest. I never feel pressure or feel reluctant to ask for help. As a customer, usually I don't know what is "available", so I don't know what questions to ask. So in the course of conversation, I mentioned a couple things, and they suggested things that I could do, or things my phone and tablet could do, that would benefit me. I always learn a thing or 2 that's new and helpful!! It takes an attentive associate to make a customer feel at ease. The Verizon store in Shelby has those kinds of associates. I wish they had a better, more visible location so they could be used to their full advantage!! As always, I tell everyone to go to the Shelby office. Thank you!!!
