Donely is a really great dealership company to purchase vehicles from. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a car out of state. Purchasing out of state and not seeing the car is always scary, but at Donely they made me feel at ease. Arden who I worked with was prompt at responding back on all my questions. He took pictures and video's so I can feel as if I was at the dealership looking at the car. Donely even had the minor scratches I was concerned with fixed. I highly recommend this dealership.

Recently had my Ford F-350 worked on there it was not running when I took it to them. I did get it back running then realized I had a massive oil leak coming from a valve cover that they tried to tell me that it was rubbed by something and it probably had a hole in it and they didn't do it but here it was. The valve cover gasket was folded over and also told them do not turn the truck over until the oil is changed because of the metal shavings and the oil pan from the turbo that went bad. Well they did anyways and now it cost me a front cover. A low pressure oil pump and much more. Will never take a vehicle there. Again. Do not recommend donley Ford of Shelby at all

I can’t say enough awesome things about Holace and his team here at Donley ford. All you want when buying a car is for them to be honest, fair and have your interest in mind when you’re trying to buy a car. In my case my daughter’s first vehicle. I 100% got all those Things . The best thing is I felt no pressure to buy something I didn’t want or that didnt fit in my needs. They have gained a lifetime customer. I highly recommend Donley ford if Shelby
