They cannot follow simple directions for order , there inability to follow directions cost me a lot money yesterday and put my project behind because they screwed up other deliveries. Not the drivers fault was lady in office that didn’t follow directions that screwed up my entire day if not rest of week . This is not what I expected out of Carter lumber .

Went into Shelby Carter Lumber today. At the counter I was completly taken off guard by the salesman! This Gentelman could not have been more pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Not only that he carefuly offered technical assistace I did not ask for. The fellow saved me an awful lot trouble by offering his expertise on my project! On top of that the wood I purchased was 100% better than the junk I looked at the day before at Lowes and Home Depot. Naturally more expensive but well worth it.
