The starter went out on my 2020 Ram that I bought from them 5 or 6 months ago. When I called to see if it was covered under warranty, the girl told me it was. I called again to confirm that it was under warranty right before I took it in and she assured me that it was under warranty, so I had it towed in for repair. The manager called me and told me what it would cost to have it fixed the manager told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. If they would have told me that in the beginning I would have fixed it myself. Heck it’s only 2 bolts and a plug in wire. I had to pay for it out of pocket but he did make it not so painful. Even though, I would deal with them again. I just want to be told up front what the damage is gonna be.

Very pleasant office and staff. Professional salesperson and finance people. The car was not as clean as it could be so I had them take back to clean it. When they brought it back out it still had some marks on it but we live 1.5 hours away and just wanted to get on the road home. I would definitely recommend this dealership

5 1/2 hours to get oil change, fuel filter, and tire rotation. Oil leak afterwards.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from here! I was told the car I bought was never in an accident but come to find out it was rear ended pretty good, and this dealership fixed it to cover it up because the car was in their possession at the time. The main damage was done to the rear bumper. It appears they took the rear bumper off to repair the damaged area and then painted it a color that closely matches the car. However you can see that one side of the bumper has paint that looks rich and sparkly, and the other side of the bumper is flat and dull. My mechanic pointed out these signs of an accident when doing an oil change/ tire rotation. To paint a better picture, I've gotten one oil change so far and haven't even put 10,000 miles on this car yet. So there's no reason that components of the rear end driver side area, where the car was hit, should need mechanical work. To make my point even stronger, this car didn't even have 6,000 miles on it when I bought it. I can understand the dealership not wanting to report the accident of a car that's practically brand new but covering up the accident, committing a variation of insurance fraud, and lying to me about the vehicle's integrity, is not how to do business. In fact, it's a pretty good way to have a lawsuit filled against you. If the damages were repaired before the dealership received this car as a trade-in then the in-house evaluator certainly would have caught this cosmetic defect, and offered the previous owner a lesser offer in light of this. Then that employee would have to catalogue the damages of that traded-in vehicle if the offer was accepted. It's also not so far of a stretch to assume that the elderly person who owned this car before me, who didn't even drive 1,500 miles a year, lacked the skills and experience to repair these damages themselves. Nor could they have had the damages repaired by the dealership they frequented without it being included in any service report.

My fiance, son, and I all got vehicles through Korey Wanzie. He did an amazing job with all 3 of us. Fred the Sales Manager is amazing as well. He was able to put us all in something newer than we had.
