The team was very polite. But they checked my whole vehicle when I only asked them to check 3 different things,which cost me 180$ just for the diagnostic that I didn't ask for. And when they determined it was the alternator that I told them it probably was they quoted me 800$ for a used alternator and labor. And 1000$ for a new alternator and labor. I couldn't believe the price they quoted me. One of the alternators was 528$ and there was a quote of 70$ to change a wind shield wiper. Like I said the employees were very nice but the prices were unbelievable. I ended up having to do it myself with a alternator from millirons that cost 23$ and my van is going strong again.
Lesson learned for me was make sure you know what they intended to do and how much it costs. And to get quotes from other mechanics. Thank you

I couldn’t speak more highly about my experiences with Kyle, Jeff, and the Beer’s Automotive team. I’ve had several vehicles to their shop and every time I get clear communication about what’s going on, options, and experience the feeling that I’m a friend of the family in an age of feeling like a number from the ticket counter.
It’s worth the drive from Mansfield (or anywhere in Richland Co. really) to know you are being cared for as a person as well as your property.
Other pros:
-Texting! Update them, they can update you, they make it easy and stress free.
-Always leave laughing and/or with a smile. Always.
-Respectful to EVERYONE that comes in- not just men.

Most recently came to Beer's for an oil change. They made accommodations to get me in on my schedule. Was very pleased with their service.
The guys at Beer's were very professional, knowledgeable? and able to get me in right away and out on a timely basis. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Shelby, Ontario, and Mansfield area!
