Drove down 3.5hrs from Michigan yesterday to pick up a bracket, tower section and base. American tower was super awesome to deal with. Friendly, good prices, quick pickup. No complaints. Unfortunately after I got home I unloaded the tower section but left the tilt base in the truck with the tailgate down and lost it out of the back of the truck somewhere. Can’t afford to replace it right now so my tower plans are probably on hold for the foreseeable future. Moral of the story, don’t leave your tailgate down. 5 stars for American tower. Zero stars for me. ?♂️?♂️?♂️

Excellent company to work with. Their prices and products are top of the line. Customer service could not be more professional. I talked to Dave and he helped me determine what to order. This is a company when you need a tower, please call them first. And to add more, someone answers the phone without having to push 1 for English and 2 for Spanish.

We have used their products for 3 generations of our Business so far. Great Manufacturer. Smaller company, but flexible. We are there picking up stuff a couple times a month because we work in the area a lot. Dave Eckelberry gets our orders processed and we can keep things rolling for our business.
